Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage $140

Abhyanga Massage is a form of Ayurvedic therapy that involves a light massage of the entire body from head to toe with Dosha-specific warm herbal-infused oil that calms the nervous system, strengthens the entire muscular system, and invigorates the internal organs via reflex zones in the skin. It stimulates the vital life force (Prana) within in the body. In addition, the aging process is slowed, and prematurely aged tissues are rejuvenated.

Shirodhara $250 includes 1 hour Abhyanga Massage (2 hr session)

The term Shirodhara comes from two Sanskrit words. “Shiro” means ‘head’ and “dhara” means ‘to pour’.  Together it means pouring of warm herbal Ayurvedic oils on the forehead from a specific height, for a specific time period in a continuous stream, allowing the oil to run through the scalp and down into the hair.

Kati Basti $100

Treats chronic pain conditions in the lower back area. This involves shaping a ring of dough on the lower back and filling it with warm Ayurvedic oils. The pelvis, sacrum, lumbar spine, and colon are all considered home sites of Vata dosha, and are the places where the symptoms of Vata imbalance first express.

Nasya $70

Nasya is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment that combines a head, neck, and shoulder massage with organic aromatherapy products and the application of warm herbal oil to the nasal cavity.

Helps with:

Hay fever, allergic respiratory conditions, allergies, tinnitus, headaches, sinus conditions, paralysis, psychological conditions, memory difficulties, and poor concentration.


Detox & Cleanse


Periodic  internal cleansing, simply does us good. This is a belief that links many cultures and religions around the world. Fasting periods help the body rid itself of damaging metabolic products that have built up.  When it comes to internal cleansing and strengthening the body, current Ayurvedic methods are founded on tried and tested, sophisticated detox procedures.


Blissful Baby Massage $60 (30 minute massage)

Ayurvedic wisdom recommends daily massage for babies to encourage strong immunity, intelligence, cheerful attitudes, and love. It also enhances circulation and encourages good digestion and creates balance in the baby’s body and good sleep.

Panchakarma is a method of cleansing the body of all the unwanted waste after lubricating it. Panchakarma treatment is unique in the sense that it includes preventive, curative, and promotive actions for various diseases.

The 5 Panchakarma therapies are Vamana (Emesis), Virechana (Therapeutic purgation), Nasya (Nasal medication), Anuvasana Basti (Herbal decoction enema). They help in cleansing the body and have a relaxing effect on the body and mind.

Prenatal & Postpartum Ayurvedic Massage $150-$180

The Ayurvedic Technician gives the mother a warm oil massage which relaxes the body and also resets the physiology. These daily massages last for about an hour and are wonderful for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

This massage helps to move the imbalanced Vata downwards to create balance in the system after childbirth.
