Each class will begin with a discussion of the practical application of setting up an Ayurvedic pantry in your home kitchen with a focus on the exotic spices used in Ayurvedic cooking. The spice cabinet is considered the Ayurveda Pharmacy. The cooking class features a hands-on approach where you will learn how to cook a well-balanced Ayurveda meal at home that is both nourishing and tasty! You will learn basic techniques that can be applied to a variety of different ingredients. Learn to cook Ayurvedic recipes.
